Terms & Conditions of Sale

Bidding & Registration

Our auctions are conducted live online through LiveAuctioneers. Bidders register through the auction platform, where identity and payment verification apply. All bids are binding offers to purchase. The auctioneer resolves any dispute over bids and may reopen or re-offer a lot at their sole discretion.

Buyer's Premium & Taxes

A buyer's premium, stated in each sale's listing, is added to the hammer price of every lot. Applicable sales tax is charged based on the buyer's location and the requirements of the platform or invoice through which payment is collected.

Payment

Invoices are issued after the sale and are payable promptly. We accept major credit and debit cards; card payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe, or through the auction platform. Accounts with unpaid invoices may be suspended from bidding in future sales.

Condition of Property & Refunds

The condition of each item is not listed in the description but can be provided upon request. Cardenas Auctions describes all property in good faith and to the best of our ability. Bidders are encouraged to request a detailed condition report or additional images before bidding. All lots are sold as is, where is, and all sales are final. Shipping

Shipping is available for most lots through our shipping partners, at the buyer's expense. Contact info@cardenasauctions.com with your lot number and invoice for a quote. Local pickup in Miami, FL can be arranged by appointment.

Consignments

Property is accepted for sale under a written consignment agreement stating the seller's commission and any agreed reserves. Settlement is paid to consignors after buyer payment clears.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
